The following terms govern the procurement and use of RAYMOND® Intelligent Warehouse Solutions when the customer and contracting Solutions and Support Center are not parties to a written agreement explicitly governing customer’s procurement and use of the particular Intelligent Warehouse Solution as of the order date.
